
Bret R. Haymore
M.D., FAAAAI, FACAAI, FACP
Bret R. Haymore, M.D. attended Penn State College of Medicine where he was elected to the AOA honor society. He subsequently completed a residency in internal medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center and remained for one year as chief medical resident. He completed his allergy-immunology fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical center where he remained as chief of clinical services until completing his service in the Army in 2011. He served a tour in Iraq in 2008-2009.
He has received numerous teaching and research awards and has published numerous articles in the medical literature. He served on the Board of Regents of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology from 2007-2008. He has been active in the Oklahoma County Medical Society and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at OUHSC as a volunteer faculty. He also serves on the Volunteer Faculty Advisory Board at OUHSC and on the Drug Utilization Board for OHCA. Dr. Haymore and his wife have five children. Together they enjoy reading, sports, and outdoor activities. They are active in community service and in their church.
