Allergy and Asthma Team - Elisa C. Thompson

Elisa Thompson received her first bachelor’s degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, with a concentration in biology and psychology. She then went on to earn her bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing. Elisa completed her master’s degree in nursing and attained her Family Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. She has particular interest in treating food allergy and difficult to treat asthma and is passionate about empowering patients to understand their disease processes in order support their own health journey. She believes in a team approach to care between patient and provider and loves to teach.
